Surfside is a wonderful waterfront town on a barrier island that shared by the city of Bal Harbour and Miami Beach. Just south of Bal Harbour and north of Miami Beach, Surfside is an amazing residential town with beachfront condos and homes on the bay. Surfside’s location is on a large piece of land which provides diverse property and a larger amount of amenities in the community.
Surfside exists within 88th Street north to 96th Street which is a relatively long distance for being an waterfront town. The community is a decent size and the population is kept low by the large amounts of homes compared to condos. The entire population of Surfside is just below 5,000 people which when compared to the large population of Miami and Miami Beach is small. There aren’t a whole lot of Surfside condos and a majority of them are east of Collins Avenue. Surfside condos like Atlantic Rose, Waverly, The Waves, Azure Condominium, Beach Point Club, Surf House and Four Winds are examples of some of the nicer condos in the area.
